Thank you, Cassidy Hutchinson

Thanks to the July 6 Committee for having the stick-to-it-ness, resolve and courage for assembling the Capitol blueprint for what can only be called a coup d’etat, equally to all those who chose to testify, not taking the Fifth when asked whether they believed in the peaceful transition of government. Was that question so hard to answer? And to the man who rode in the backseat of the Beast-car, you are a would-be I, Claudius who’s only interest is in having people kiss the gold ring on your pinkie finger, the man who sits on a faux throne, a golden toilet; you were exiled to Florida as the New York legal system filed affidavits. I want to hope that our country, wounded by a rogue Supreme Court whose black robes signal death these days more than they do justice, death to women seeking to control our own bodies, to immigrants shut in a truck boiling to their last breath; I hope somehow we find the will as a country and as a people to step outside our houses and witness together, to say enough, to make this stop.
